Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5–6 business days.
We truly appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order — each piece is handled with attention and care.

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship from our company headquarters in Slovenia, Europe, and we’re proud to offer worldwide delivery.

  • Orders within the European Union: 5–6 business days
    (For Italy and Spain, delivery may take up to 7–8 business days.)
  • Orders to the United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
  • Orders to the United States & U.S. Territories: 10–14 business days
  • Orders to other international destinations: around 14 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing, local postal delays, or seasonal workloads.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • European Union: Free shipping
  • United Kingdom and other international destinations: Free shipping
  • United States & U.S. Territories:
    Shipping is no longer free. Standard international shipping rates now apply.
    Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or tariff charges that may be applied upon delivery by U.S. Customs.
  • Why this change?
    Starting 29 August 2025, the United States has introduced new customs rules that remove the “de minimis” duty-free threshold for international shipments (previously goods under about USD 800 could enter the U.S. duty-free).
    As a result, many postal operators in Europe have suspended or adjusted their services to the U.S. while the new clearance system is being implemented.
    Unfortunately, this has significantly increased international shipping and customs processing costs, making it impossible for us to continue offering free shipping to the U.S.
  • We’re truly sorry for this change and appreciate your understanding and continued support. 

 

Tracking Information

We provide real-time tracking information for all orders.
If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at info@bulb.eu.com.

We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds or exchanges if necessary.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and damaged items
  2. Fill out the Return Form on our website
  3. Send everything to info@bulb.eu.com

We will send you a replacement order with brand-new products immediately.

If your order is identified as lost by the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out right away and include a gift discount code for future purchases as a thank-you for your patience.
